Can I book a table?
We do not take bookings at any of our locations and operate a walk-in only policy. However, we have plenty of seating and a fairly fast turnaround for tables, so you just need to pop in 🙂
Does Oowee Vegan do gluten-free?
We don’t offer any gluten-free options at the moment as we make our own seitan on-site, which means we can’t keep any areas 100% gluten-free . We’re working on it though!
Is your food halal?
Yes, all our food is Halal.
Why aren’t you showing on Deliveroo when you usually do?
Deliveroo sometimes reduces its delivery radius at peak times to make sure there’s enough riders to go around. They do this independently and it is out of our control. Its usually only for a couple of hours during the peak time so keep checking!
I have an Issue with food/an order via Deliveroo, what should I do?
If you ordered via Deliveroo, please log the issue with them. You can do this by finding your order in ‘My Orders’, selecting ‘Help’ and then ’Something Else’. This option usually gets through to live chat, and Deliveroo should issue credit and will log the issue with our kitchen team.
Do you have nutritional/calorie info?
Unfortunately we don’t have this information available right now.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, as long as they’re well-behaved, we love seeing your dogs. Please tag us in any photos you take of your furry friends too 🙂
